Reservation policy

• Full payment is requested when booking

• The sum of 19% represents the GST, the QST, and the tax on accommodation

• Stays are a minimum of 2 nights (3 nights during the holiday season)  

• Arrival time 4:00 p.m. | Departure time 11:00 a.m.

• Maximum limit of 4 people per dome

Cancellation Policy

​

• It is possible to cancel a stay free of charge up to 30 days before your arrival. No refund within 30 days of the arrival date.
